A senior, hands-on role for someone who can own the operational infrastructure of the business. CRM, automations, systems, people, marketing ops, sales ops. If you have built things that work and want full ownership of how a fast-growing property business runs, this is for you.
You will own the GoHighLevel CRM and the workflows behind it. That means lead routing, pipeline structure, follow-up sequences, sales tasks, reporting and the integrations into the website and ad platforms. You will work alongside marketing on campaign setup, alongside sales on pipeline performance, and alongside the founder on the systems and people decisions that shape the business as it scales.
In the first 90 days we expect you to take stock of every operational system the agency runs on, identify the two or three that are holding the business back, and rebuild them. By month six we expect the operational layer to be running with very little input from the founder, and reporting to be in a state where weekly performance is visible at a glance for sales, marketing and lead generation.
You are senior. You have built operations at a small or mid-sized business before, in property, financial services, or another fast-moving sales-led environment. You are equally comfortable specifying a workflow, sitting with an agent to fix what is broken, and pushing back on the founder when a process is wrong. You write clearly, document what you build, and you do not need to be told twice.
The role reports directly to Sean Zvandasara, founder. It is a full-time, in-person role at our Canary Wharf office. We do not offer a remote or hybrid version of this role, because the work is impossible to do well at distance from the team.
