A phone-based role for someone who is sharp, confident, and comfortable in a high-output environment. You will be speaking with buyers daily, qualifying leads, and booking appointments for our sales team. We are looking for someone who genuinely enjoys being on the phone and wants to grow into a full sales role.
Your day is structured around the phone. New buyer enquiries land in the CRM through the website, paid ads and developer referrals. You pick them up fast, qualify them on budget, timing, area and motivation, and book the right ones in with the sales agent who fits the brief. You log everything cleanly so the agent walks into a call already knowing the buyer.
In the first 90 days we expect speed-to-lead inside ten minutes on every enquiry that reaches you, a qualification rate that visibly lifts the conversion of viewings to reservations, and clean CRM hygiene the rest of the team can rely on. Within a year, the right person is ready to step into a sales seat with a developer-direct portfolio behind them.
You are confident on the phone with people you have never met. You can hold a conversation, ask the awkward questions about budget and timing without sounding like a script, and write a clean handover note in under two minutes. Property experience is welcome but not required. What matters is the work ethic, the voice and the attitude. We will train you on the rest.
The role reports into Seif, our lead agent, with day-to-day visibility from the founder. It is a full-time, in-person role at our Canary Wharf office. The qualifier seat is the route into a full agent role at Renowned Homes for anyone who wants it and earns it.
